The Board of Directors of the Société tunisienne de banque (STB), which met on Monday, May 27, appointed Nabil Frini as interim CEO of the bank.
Frini, a member of the bank’s general management, had held the post of secretary general of the bank since June 2020, Mourad Hattab, communications officer at STB’s general management, told TAP.
Frini has held several positions at the bank, including director of decentralised litigation (2012/2013) and central director in charge of governance (2013/2017), before heading the governance and control unit until mid-2020.
