The first France-Tunisia Campus Fair will take place from October 12 to 14 at the seat of the Tunisian Union of Industry, Trade and Handicrafts Union (UTICA).
This event allows students who wish to pursue their higher studies in France to learn about the different procedures for pre-registration for the year 2013/2014.
It also aims to present training courses in Tunisia to be crowned with Tunisian-French co-graduation. A series of specialized conferences “France Campus Procedures” will explain the procedures for candidates with or without prior application for admission, specific registration procedures in preparatory classes of major schools, engineering schools, and business schools, and financing of studies and living in France.
Different French university institutions (specialized colleges, universities, engineering schools, business schools, medical-health sector and vocational training courses) will be presented during these meetings.
The fair will also provide the opportunity to learn about French graduations and co-diplomas issued in Tunisia which students can earn in addition to their Tunisian diplomas, with or without a stay in France. Personal interviews to help orientation are also planned.
With more than 15,000 students in Tunisia, France is today the leading destination for Tunisian youth who wish to pursue their studies abroad. Each year, nearly 6,000 Tunisian students go to France to pursue their studies.
The meeting is an initiative of the French Institute of Tunisia, France-Tunisia Campus Space, the French Agency for Education Abroad (AEFE) and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
