AMI Assurances has invited its shareholders to an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on December 9, 2024 at the company’s registered office to discuss the change of the company’s name.
The meeting will decide on the adoption of the company’s new name, i.e. BNA Assurances.
BNA Bank has held a 50.5% stake in the insurance company since October 2021.
