The National Committee for the Granting of Advantages at the Agricultural Investment Promotion Agency (APIA) approved on Thursday the financing of 11 investment projects with a total value of TND 35.4 million.
These projects are spread over eight governorates, namely Mahdia, Kasserine, Ben Arous, Sfax, Medenine, Bizerte, Ariana and Beja, according to a press release issued by APIA.
With regard to land loans, the committee approved 6 loans worth TND 1.2 million in the governorates of Gabes, Kasserine and Siliana.
During the first 11 months of 2024, private agricultural investments approved amounted to 2,346 investment operations worth TND 334.4, a decrease of 3.9% in number and 12.8% in value, according to the statistical bulletin recently published by the APIA.
