Automobile Réseau Tunisien et Services (ARTES) has announced that its Board of Directors, which met on Friday, May 3, 2024, examined the company’s activity report and approved the financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2023.
These show a net profit of 27.1 million dinars compared to 22.8 million dinars in 2022, an increase of 18.6%.
The Board of Directors has decided to propose to the next Ordinary General Meeting, scheduled for June 28, 2024, the distribution of a dividend of 0.400 dinars per share for the financial year 2023, compared to 1 dinar last year.
