The company BEST LEASE announced on Friday that its Board of Directors, during its meeting on March 7, 2025, reviewed the company’s performance for the 2024 fiscal year and approved the financial statements for the year.
The financial results reveal a net profit of 10.2 million dinars, compared to 12.4 million dinars in 2023, representing a decline of 18%.
Additionally, the Board of Directors has decided to convene an Ordinary General Meeting on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at 9:00 AM at the Arab Institute of Business Managers.
The Board has proposed to the General Assembly the distribution of a dividend of 0.150 dinars per share, up from 0.140 dinars last year, subject to prior approval from the Central Bank of Tunisia.
