The Board of Directors of GAT ASSURANCES, meeting on April 16, 2025, approved the company’s financial statements for the 2024 financial year.
At the end of last year, GAT ASSURANCES recorded a very good technical and financial performance, with a net profit of approximately 28 million dinars, an increase of more than 10% compared to 2023.
The Board of Directors has decided to convene the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on May 30, 2025 at 10 a.m. at the registered office of GAT ASSURANCES and to propose the distribution of a dividend of 3.100 dinars per share, i.e. a total of more than 13.7 million dinars.
These results confirm the solid financial position of GAT ASSURANCES, its solvency towards its policyholders and its position among the leading players in the insurance market.
