At the end of last year, TOUR KHALEF tripled its profits recorded in 2022, after two consecutive years (2020-2021) of losses due to the health crisis.
In 2023, the company recorded a net profit of 10.7 million dinars, compared to 3.7 million dinars in the previous year, an increase of 192%.
In 2023, the hotel generated revenues of 43 million dinars compared to 26.3 million dinars in 2022, an increase of 63%, of which 41.5 million dinars came from accommodation, food and beverages and 1.2 million dinars from thalassotherapy services.
Operating expenses rose from 21 million dinars to 30.8 million dinars, an increase of 94%, including 14 million dinars for the purchase of consumables and 7.6 million dinars for staff costs, resulting in an operating surplus of 13 million dinars, compared to 6.6 million dinars in 2022.
Financial expenses remained almost unchanged at 4.4 million dinars.
