The value of foreign investment in Tunisia in 2024 will be 2,956 million dinars, Jalel Tabib, Director General of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency (FIPA), announced on Mosaique FM on Thursday.
This figure exceeds FIPA’s forecasts, which were only TND 2,800 million, he stressed
The volume has thus increased by 17% compared to the COVID years, and the agency estimates that it could reach 3,400 million dinars in 2025 and 4,000 in 2026,” he pointed out.
Tabib pointed out that European Union countries account for 75% of these investments. He added that “40% of the investments concern energy and 60% industry, including electronics, electricity and mechanical engineering.”
