The net results of public institutions have dropped considerably, from 1,176.4 million Tunisian dinars (MTD) in 2010 to -1,120.6 MTD in 2013, corresponding to a decline of 195.2%, according to statistics disclosed by the Ministry of Public Service And Governance.
As for investment, the flow reached 2,707.4 MTD in 2013 against 3,391.7 MTD in 2011, i.e. a decrease of 20.2%.
Of the 104 institutions, 44 have registered cumulative losses estimated at 4,240.7 MTD from their creation and up to 2010, up 125.4%, according to the same source.
