Girelli Logistics Group announced in a press release issued on March 1, 2025, the entry of Vectorys Group, owned by Tunisian entrepreneur Salem Nebgha, into its shareholder structure.
Founded in 1984, Vectorys operates in the field of international transport and logistics, serving major Tunisian and international ports.
According to the press release, “the integration of Vectorys Group will enable Girelli Logistics Group to benefit from enhanced resources and increased investments in technology and skill development, ensuring continuous improvement in the quality and efficiency of services offered to its clients.”
The same source added that “the operation was structured to leverage the distinctive expertise and know-how of Girelli Logistics Group while preserving its identity, management, and operational organization.
