STAR Assurances announced that it had fallen below the 5% threshold in the capital of Société de Fabrication des Boissons de Tunisie (SFBT).
The insurance company now directly owns more than 13.4 million shares, representing 4.99% of SFBT’s capital.
In its notification of exceeding the threshold, STAR Assurances states that it intends to continue selling its shares.
