A partnership agreement has been signed between the Tunisia-Africa Business Council (TABC) and the Afro-German Business Association (Afrika-Verein der deutschen Wirtschaft), establishing cooperation between the two organizations in such strategic sectors as energy, green transition, automotive, electric mobility, agri-food, logistics and aeronautics, the TABC announced in a press release.
The two organizations have agreed to set up structuring projects in Africa, taking advantage of the opportunities offered by the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) and Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA) agreements, within the framework of triangular cooperation between Germany, Tunisia and Africa.
It should be noted that the signing of the agreement coincides with TABC’s participation in the “Africa Trade & Invest meets Managing Risk” forum organized by the Afrika-Verein in Frankfurt (Germany) on November 6 and 7.
