Tunisia Profilé Aluminium Group (TPR) has released its consolidated financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2024, which will be submitted for approval at the upcoming Ordinary General Assembly meeting.
The financial statements reveal a record net profit of 48.2 million dinars for the group, compared to 41.3 million dinars in 2023, marking a 17% increase.
This growth is primarily driven by a faster rise in revenue compared to operating expenses. The group’s revenue surged by 18%, reaching 340.3 million dinars, up from 288 million dinars in 2023.
Operating expenses increased by 16%, totaling 277.5 million dinars, compared to 238.1 million dinars the previous year.
As a result, operating profit rose by 26.6%, climbing from 50.2 million dinars in December 2023 to 63.6 million dinars in December 2024.
Additionally, net financial expenses stood at 12.6 million dinars, while financial income amounted to 7.9 million dinars. TPR Group comprises the parent company and 12 subsidiaries: TPR TRADE, Compagnie Financière d’Investissement (CFI SICAR), ALUFOND, Profilés Aluminium Maghreb SPA (PROFAL), LAVAAL International, ALUCOLOR, METEKNAL, ITALSYS, TPR AFRIQUE, TPR ANODAL, TPR GLASS, TPR COLOR, and LMG.
