Tunisia: Tunisair Express to inaugurate Djerba-Tripoli flight next July 8

Tunisair Express will inaugurate a Djerba-Tripoli service from July 8, with a rate of two flights per week, Thursdays and Sundays, it said Wednesday.

This route is intended to allow Libyan customers to travel to the island of Djerba for tourism or medical treatment on site.

It will also facilitate the travel of Tunisian business operators from the southern region to the Libyan capital, it pointed out.

This new bi-weekly line between the airports of Djerba-Zarzis and Tripoli-Mitiga is in addition to the service of the line Sfax-Tripoli started by Tunisair Express since June 6.

The company is also preparing to operate a regular summer service from Tunis-Carthage to Rome-Fiumicino from July 4, 2021, in complementarity with Tunisair.
