“216 Capital” co-leads $1.5 million fundraising round

In response to price comparison platforms, which have reduced ticket costs by 54% since 2013, airlines now dedicate up to 56% of their ancillary revenue to customer loyalty.

Arcube is revolutionizing this approach by optimizing the distribution of ancillary services, thereby increasing revenue and enhancing customer engagement.

Arcube introduces the world’s first post-flight solution, leveraging artificial intelligence to enable airlines to optimize the sale of personalized ancillary services for each customer.

By analyzing hundreds of data points, this innovative solution offers tailored services, such as priority access for passengers transiting through congested airports, payable with loyalty points.

This approach transforms negative customer experiences into loyalty-building opportunities, strengthening engagement and increasing the likelihood of repeat business.

To accelerate its growth, Arcube has announced a $1.5 million funding round co-led by “216 Capital,” alongside Fuel Ventures, Oxford Capital Partners, and the CEO of Pegasus Airlines.

Founded by two university graduates, Arcube is a B2B travel-tech platform born from the ambition to redefine loyalty in the aviation sector.

Their solution offers an inclusive approach, allowing all customers to benefit from post-flight services (seat selection, pet transportation, in-flight Wi-Fi, etc.).

Dhekra Khelifi, Partner at “216 Capital Ventures”, stated: “At 216 Capital, we firmly believe in Arcube’s value proposition and their ability to execute their ambitious vision and expand beyond the aviation industry.

We are confident they will leverage Tunisia’s talent pool as a major asset to overcome challenges, enhance their product, and implement cutting-edge technology. Additionally, Africa represents a rapidly growing tourism market, where airlines, hospitality players, and other operators are seeking to enrich their offerings and remain competitive. Tunisia continues to strengthen its position as a strategic gateway to this burgeoning market.”
