Mr. Khaled Bouricha, a member of the Poulina Group’s board of directors, has declared to the Tunis Stock Exchange that his family has sold 495,552 Poulina Group Holding (PGH) shares for a total amount of 7.5 million dinars.
The sales took place between May 28 and 30, 2025, with prices ranging from 14.703 to 15.600 dinars per share. It should be noted that PGH shares closed Monday’s session down 0.57% at 15.700 dinars.
Mr Bouricha served as Chairman of the Poulina Group’s Board of Directors from April 10, 2019 to June 14, 2023.
