The company EKUITY Capital, formerly CTKD, announced that it has fallen below the threshold of 10% in the capital of Laboratoires UNIMED, following the sale of 601,317 shares representing 1.87% of the capital of the pharmaceutical company.
EKUITY Capital, which directly held 11% of UNIMED’s capital, now holds 9.2% and declares that it intends to continue the sale of UNIMED shares.
