AfDB sponsors Tunisia Investment Forum

For the first time, the Tunisia Investment Forum is being held in partnership with the African Development Bank (AfDB), one of the continent’s leading development finance institutions. Organizers said the strategic collaboration gives the 2026 edition a stronger African dimension and reflects a shared commitment to sustainable, inclusive and opportunity-driven growth.

The forum will also mark the official launch of Tunisia’s new Digital Investor Platform, designed to simplify administrative procedures, improve access to information, and strengthen support services for investors.

The 2026 edition will further showcase several public projects with major economic and social impact, aligned with the priorities of Tunisia’s 2026–2030 National Development Plan.

The event will provide an opportunity to present and discuss reforms undertaken by Tunisia to enhance competitiveness and improve the country’s business climate.

Over two days of meetings, debates, and networking sessions, the forum aims to foster dialogue between public authorities, international investors, financial institutions, and economic stakeholders, while promoting Tunisia as a sustainable and innovative investment destination open to African and international markets.

Around 1,200 participants are expected to attend this year’s edition, with more than 30 countries represented. Dedicated B2B meetings and targeted networking sessions are also scheduled.

Launched in 1999 under the name “Carthage Investment Forum” before being rebranded as the Tunisia Investment Forum in 2011, the event has become an international platform dedicated to promoting investment in Tunisia.

The TIF is considered a key gathering point for policymakers, investors, international financial institutions, business leaders, experts, and development partners to discuss the country’s major economic prospects..
