SAH Lilas Group revenues exceed 460 million dinars in H1 2024

At June 30, 2014, the SAH Group’s consolidated net revenues reached 462.2 million dinars, compared with 438 million dinars at the end of June 2013, representing an increase of 24.2 million dinars (+5.5%).

The increase in consolidated net revenues in the first half of the year was driven by the commercial performance of SAH Tunisia, whose net revenues reached 233.3 million dinars.

SAH Libya also reported sales of 21.4 million dinars, up 96.2% on the same period last year.

Sales at the SAH Algeria subsidiary reached 40.1 million dinars, compared with 34.1 million dinars at June 30, 2023, representing annual growth of 17.4%.

Sales at subsidiary Azur Papier rose sharply to 46.8 million dinars at 30 June 2024, representing an overall growth of 46.8%.

In the second quarter of 2024, Group sales reached 221.4 million dinars, an increase of 0.7% compared to the second quarter of 2023. Local sales grew by 1.6%, while international sales went down by 0.8%.

The breakdown of consolidated net income (adjusted for intercompany sales) by subsidiary shows that SAH Tunisie contributed 50.5%, followed by Azur Détergent and Azur Papier, whose sales accounted for 16.5% and 13.2% of total sales respectively.

Supported by the recent launch of its cosmetics range, the SAH Group expects growth in the second half of 2024, boosted by the resumption of exports to the Libyan market and the commercial performance of its Libyan and Algerian subsidiaries.

In terms of profitability, the SAH Group expects a significant improvement, thanks in particular to the gradual reduction in raw material prices and the optimization of stocks.
