Tunisia will host the 4th Arab-African Trade Bridges (AATB) Board of Governors (BOG) Meeting and 11th meeting of the Executive Committee on July 1-2, 2024.
Aimed to scale up economic cooperation and foster trade relations between Arab and African countries, the meeting will be held on the sidelines of the Tunisia Africa Business Meetings, organised by the Export Promotion Centre (CEPEX) in partnership with the AATB and the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ).
Key AATB players of public and private sectors, AATB partners, representatives of governments and development actors, will partake in these meetings to step up the role of regional value chains in Arab and African states.
These meetings will also be attended by over 400 persons at the plenary session, with 15 delegations will be present at the 4th BOG meeting and 6 delegations at the 11th Executive Committee meeting.
Offering an engagement platform for key players in the Arab-African region, the meeting will encourage discussion through a plenary session titled “Bridging the gap on Food Security.”
