AIR LIQUIDE Tunisie has announced that the Annual General Meeting to be held on Monday, June 24, 2024 at 10 a.m. at the Lake Forum Business Center will approve the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2023.
According to the draft resolutions to be submitted to this meeting, the company achieved a net profit of approximately 18.8 million dinars, compared to 15.3 million dinars in 2022.
The company will propose to the General Assembly the distribution of a dividend of 6,300 dinars for each of the 1,637,504 shares representing the share capital, compared to a dividend of 5,500 dinars last year.
Payment will be made from July 8, 2024.
