The Agency for the Promotion of Industry and Innovation (APII) and its two partners Enda Inter-Arabe and Enda Tamweel, on Wednesday, signed a collaboration agreement to support the creation of industrial projects.
The agreement aims to jointly support project idea bearers and prepare them to pursue a career in the business world in a favorable environment, the National Business Incubator Network (RNPE) said in a statement.
This collaboration will highlight the commitment of the three parties to carry out activities relating to support and financing of young people to start industrial businesses.
The three partners undertake to pool their human and information resources as well as their relation-networks to implement any project that interests the development of their activities, and to co-construct new training programs adapted to the needs of the target category.
They will oversee events aimed at promoting the partnership and its beneficiaries, and spur respective partner networks in any joint action aimed at furthering the scope of this collaboration.
The APII, under the supervision of the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Mines, is the body that manages the National Business Incubator Network established in academic institutions.
Enda Inter-Arabe is a non-profit international development NGO created in 1990 in Tunis.
Enda Tamweel is a micro-finance company created by Enda Inter-Arabe.
The ultimate objective of the three partners is to boost entrepreneurship and simplify access to finance for small businesses.
The agreement was inked by DG of APII Omar Bouzouada, president of the steering committee of Enda Inter-Arabe Essma Ben Hamida and Managing Director of Enda Tamweel Mohamed Zmandar.
