CITY CARS has just published its interim financial statements for the six months ended June 30, 2024.
These statements show a net profit of 10.1 million dinars, compared to 15 million dinars at the end of June 2023, a decrease of 32%.
This decrease is mainly due to lower revenues compared to the first half of last year, from 144.3 million dinars to 135.2 million dinars, down 6%.
On the other hand, operating expenses decreased by only 2% to 124.7 million dinars, compared to 127.4 million dinars at the end of June 2023.
As a result, operating profit for the period fell by 37% to 10.7 million dinars, compared to 17 million dinars in the first half of last year.
Net financial expenses amounted to 1.7 million dinars, while investment income totaled 6 million dinars.
