The Extraordinary General Meeting of El Amana Takaful, held on May 24, 2024, decided to increase the company’s capital by 6 million dinars in cash.
This operation will be carried out through the issuance of 604,350 new shares at par value of 10 dinars each, to be subscribed and paid in full upon subscription.
The share capital of the subsidiary of Al Baraka Bank Tunisia will thus increase from 14.1 million dinars to 20.1 million dinars.
The Board of Directors of the company met on June 5, 2024 and approved the terms and conditions of this capital increase.
Subscription to the 604,350 shares will be reserved on a preferential basis for former shareholders of the company who hold the shares constituting the current capital on both an irreducible and reducible basis.
