The company Elbene (formerly-Tunisie Lait) saw its revenues grow by 15.7% in late September, to 86.699 million Tunisian dinars (MTD) against 74.943 MTD for the same period in 2012.
Production posted a 6% increase to 75,173 liters from 70,613 liters a year earlier.
Following the increase in working capital, debt went up in 2013 due to rising purchase prices of raw milk prices decided by the state in late 2012. Therefore, the outstanding debt has reached 67.246 MTD against 58.053 MTD at the end of September 2012.
