According to the Agency for the Promotion of Agricultural Investment (APIA), which is organizing the event, this biennial exhibition is an opportunity to discover the latest agricultural innovations, talk to experts and explore solutions for modernizing Tunisian agriculture and promoting the necessary technological transition.

This not-to-be-missed event brings together the key players in the agricultural sector around the theme of “Innovation for resilient, inclusive and sustainable investment”.

It is a showcase for agricultural and fisheries technologies and a crossroads where agricultural producers, fishermen, businessmen, industrialists, ship owners, suppliers and researchers meet.

It offers a series of events designed to meet the expectations of participants and keep them abreast of technological developments”, as stated on the platform dedicated to the exhibition (www.siat.tn).

The event will be accompanied by an exhibition of cutting-edge technologies and research in the agricultural, agri-food and fisheries sectors, as well as related services and basic products to consolidate food security in Tunisia.

Partnership meetings between Tunisian promoters and foreign partners are also planned to encourage the creation of joint projects.

The aim of these meetings will be to bring together foreign and Tunisian promoters to review business plans, cultivation contracts and commercial opportunities.

At the same time, an international forum will be organized to provide investors with the appropriate information and to highlight the strategic advantages of promising niches.

In addition to workshops on quality and new investment niches in the agricultural sector, a national competition on ICT solutions applied to agriculture, GREEN’TIC, will be organized.

It will enable innovative agricultural promoters to take their businesses and projects to new heights and contribute to a sustainable agricultural future.
