The Italian company “ENI” has officially decided to leave Tunisia, “Attounissia” newspaper reported.
The same source said the problems faced since the advent of the revolution led the company to leave the country by choosing to sell its shares to a Kuwaiti company.
This decision is made following a study conducted by “ENI.” It revealed that the oil industry suffers from lack of advanced technology, production capacity and especially financing.
Attounissia said the company also sent a rebuke to governments that have succeeded in power for not having adopted a clear approach in negotiations with the Italian company.
