Foreign Minister, Taieb Baccouche, on Monday, told Express FM Italy will convert 30% of Tunisia’s debts into development projects, adding that Belgium will do the same for 10% of Tunisian debts and Germany for a sum worth € 60 millions.
Regarding the Tunisian-Algerian relations, he said they are good, noting the existence of a security, diplomatic and economic coordination will be strengthened with Algeria and Egypt.
In addition, the Minister announced that for financial reasons, the opening of embassies in Africa and Asia has been postponed, saying it was decided to facilitate the granting of visas, particularly for countries considered a destination for Tunisian industrial operators or for researchers, physicians and others.
