The external trade balance of the textile & clothing sector recorded a notable improvement in the month of August 2015. The export value has reached about € 13 million, up 12.23% compared to the same month 2014.
However, the sector posted decrease of 1.77% in the first eight months of 2015, or € 1.518 billion compared to the same period in 2014.
For their part, imports rose 3.3% in value in August, equivalent to 109.9 million dinars, and amounted to € 1.133 billion during the first eight months of the current year, up 2.14%.
