A recent general meeting of the company L’Usine Nouvelle des Pâtes Alimentaires (UNPA), better known as L’EPI D’OR, decided to increase the company’s capital by 23 million dinars, to bring it to 37.3 million dinars. This will be done by issuing 230,000 new shares of 100
dinars each.
Created by Habib Mellouli in 1943, the company of Pâtes Mellouli becomes, in 1973, the Usine Nouvelle des Pâtes Alimentaires (UNPA) with a trade name for its products, L’EPI D’OR.
Today, L’EPI D’OR does not only arouse the confidence of the local market, but also that of export markets such as Algeria, Libya, West Africa, Europe, Japan or North America.
