The Tunis stock exchange registered on Wednesday, October 2 intra-family sales and purchases of OneTech shares.
These transactions are part of an approach to consolidate the management of the One Tech Holding (OTH) group.
Moncef SELLAMI, Chairman of the Board of Directors, has actually sold part of his OTH shares to his children.
The latter will continue to work in consultation to ensure the development of the Group and the achievement of its objectives, in accordance with the strategy defined by the Board of Directors.
