Tunisia: new database launched to boost foreign investment

The Foreign Investment Promotion Agency (FIPA-Tunisia) has unveiled a groundbreaking service designed to streamline the process of establishing foreign businesses in Tunisia.

This initiative introduces a comprehensive database that lists available land and premises across the country, aimed at encouraging foreign investment by simplifying access to essential real estate.

The newly launched database features detailed information on over 800 square meters of office space, more than 4,000 square meters of industrial space, and upwards of 30,000 square meters of industrial land.

This extensive resource is intended to meet the diverse needs of foreign companies looking to set up operations in Tunisia.

To populate this database, FIPA is calling on property owners to submit their available spaces and land, along with the necessary details, for inclusion. This initiative offers property owners a valuable opportunity to showcase their offerings to potential international investors.

Property owners interested in participating in this initiative are encouraged to contact FIPA at http://[email protected] to submit their listings.

It’s important to note that FIPA’s role is strictly as a facilitator, providing this information platform to assist investors. The final decision regarding the selection of land or premises rests entirely with the interested investors.
