Poulina Group Holding presented the draft resolutions at its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, June 12, 2024.
It was proposed to distribute a dividend of 0.360 dinars per share, for a total amount of 64.8 million dinars.
This proposal represents a significant increase compared to the previous year, when the dividend was 0.240 dinars per share.
