SANIMED has published its interim financial statements for the six months ended June 30, 2010.

These statements show a net loss of 6.4 million dinars compared to a net loss of 5.9 million dinars in the first half of last year.

For the first six months of the current year, the company generated revenues of 15.8 million dinars, compared to 20.9 million dinars for the same period in 2023, a decrease of 24.4%.

Operating expenses fell from 24.1 million dinars in June 2023 to 20.2 million dinars in June this year, a decrease of 16.3%.

As a result, the operating result for the period was a deficit of 4.2 million dinars, compared to an operating deficit of 2.4 million dinars a year earlier.

In addition, the company pointed out that during the financial year 2024, it received agreements in principle from the banks UIB, BNA and BIAT for the consolidation of its commitments to these institutions.

On April 12, 2024, the examining magistrate of the Judicial Economic and Financial Division decided to freeze SANIMED’s bank accounts and place them under the administration of a judicial representative.

The freeze was lifted on May 14, 2024 following the appointment of Mrs. Sofia Gharbi as the legal representative responsible for the management of the company by decision of the Court of First Instance of Sfax on April 29, 2024, pending the lifting of the court administration.
