The Board of Directors of the OneTech Group met on August 27 and decided to establish the principle of separating the Group’s two main divisions, namely the Mechatronics Division and the Cables Division, and to carry out an in-depth study to define the most optimal conditions.
The aim is to create homogeneous entities capable of developing independently and benefiting from the synergies and economies of scale already established within the respective subsidiaries.
The second major decision taken at this latest meeting of the OTH Board of Directors was to launch a search for a strategic partnership for Fuba Tunisie, which specializes in printed circuit boards, in order to take advantage of the major changes taking place and to accelerate its international technological development.
