The Board of Directors of the Tunis Stock Exchange gave its approval in principle for the admission of the Tunisian Company of Automobiles “STA” to the Main Market of the Stock Exchange. This was at a meeting Thursday, December 16, 2021,
The operation concerns 2,000,000 shares of the share capital with a nominal value of ten dinars each, announced the Tunis Stock Exchange.
The global Offer concerns the transfer of 600,000 shares, that is to say 30.0% of the share capital. The introducing intermediary is BNA CAPITAUX, which is also the valuer.
The opening of the public offer, as well as the final admission are dependent on the availability to the public of an offer and admission prospectus approved by the Financial Market Council, the same source added.
