The Tunisian Electricity and Gas Company (STEG) closed the year 2012 with a turnover of 2,670 million Tunisian dinars (MTD), while electricity production reached 13,681 GWh with an installed capacity of 3,600 MW during that year, according to a statement from the company.
The number of subscribers to the electrical network reached 3 million 385 thousand customers during the last year while the number of subscribers to the natural gas network is estimated at 650 thousand customers.
