Tunisia: TELNET Holding increases its H1 profit by 8% to 5 million dinars

The company Telnet Holding has published its individual interim financial statements as of June 30, 2025.

These results reflect an improvement in profitability and a strengthened financial structure.

Telnet Holding generated 6.6 million dinars in revenue, in the first half of 2025, compared to 6.2 million a year earlier, thanks notably to income from investments, constituted mainly of dividends received from its subsidiaries, which stood at 4.7 million dinars, slightly higher than the 4.4 million recorded as of June 30, 2024.

Operating expenses remained controlled at 1.5 million dinars, allowing Telnet to achieve an operating result of 5.1 million dinars, compared to 4.7 million as of June 30, 2024.

After taking into account financial income and ordinary charges, the half-year net result comes out to 5 million dinars, an increase of 8.2% compared to the 4.7 million recorded one year prior.

The company’s equity amounted to 25.9 million dinars, as of June 30, 2025, compared to 22.4 million as of June 30, 2024, reflecting the strengthening of the group’s financial solidity.

The total balance sheet reaches 31.8 million dinars, down compared to the 38 million from the same period in 2024, but in clear progression compared to the 2024 closing (26.5 million).

With stable activity in its technological subsidiaries and a prudent management policy, Telnet Holding confirms its ability to generate recurring revenue and maintain sustained preferability.
