Lazhar Bennour, Director General of Economic and Commercial Cooperation at the Ministry of Trade and Export Development spoke on Mosaique FM on Monday about the Ben Guerdane Free Zone project, following the creation of the company in charge of it.
He stressed the strategic importance of the site and said that the zone would create more than 3,000 jobs.
The director general also pointed out that work on the exterior of the zone has been completed at a cost of more than 35 million dinars, while work on the interior is in progress.
