The group TPR (Tunisia Aluminum Profiles) will increase the capital of three of its subsidiaries, injecting a total of 33 million dinars.
The companies concerned are TPR ANODAL (Surface treatment of aluminum profiles by anodic oxidation), TPR GLASS (forming and processing of flat glass) and TPR COLOR (Surface treatment of aluminum profiles by thermo lacquering).
The capital of these three companies will be increased by 10.5 million dinars, 12 million dinars and 10.5 million dinars, respectively.
TPR is the largest Tunisian company specializing in the manufacture of aluminum alloy profiles. The group holds about 60% of the market in Tunisia.
