UNIMED announced that its Board of Directors, which met on May 23, 2024, examined the activity report of the company and the Group and approved the individual and consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31.
These show that UNIMED achieved a net profit of 5.6 million dinars for 2023, compared to 7.8 million dinars in the previous year, on a turnover of 136 million dinars (+41%).
Local sales accounted for 53% of these revenues, or 72.4 million dinars, while export sales accounted for 47%, or 63.6 million dinars.
The Group achieved a consolidated net profit of 5.5 million dinars in 2023.
The Board of Directors will propose to the Annual General Meeting to be held on Friday, June 28, 2024 that no dividend be paid for 2023.
