Tunisia: UNIMED sees its revenues rise by 14% to 96 million dinars in 2022

UNIMED has announced that it will see a 14% increase in turnover in 2022 compared to 2021, reaching 96.3 million dinars. This commercial performance is achieved thanks to the sharp rise of exports.

These increased by 21% to 54.7 million dinars, compared to 45.3 million dinars on 31 December 2021. Similarly, the sales of pharmacies have increased by 5% with the gradual recovery of activity on the hospital market.

Production in units (ampoules, vials, syringes, bags) amounts to 210,250,453 units as of 31 December 2022, an increase of 11% compared to 2021.

The investments (intangible & tangible) made at the end of December 2022 amount to 14.4 million dinars, in accordance with the company’s investment plan for expansion.

The value of long-term debt at December 31, 2022 was 25.3 million dinars. Short-term debts amount to 22.6 million dinars and are made up of maturities of less than one year on bank credits for 6.9 million dinars and on leasing credits for 0.2 million dinars as well as management credits for 15.5 million.
