Société d’Articles Hygiéniques (SAH) announced on Monday that its Board of Directors had approved the financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2024.
These show an individual net profit of 49.8 million dinars, a 44.5% increase compared with 2023, as well as a record group net profit of 61.6 million dinars — a sharp 72.8% rise.
The board has decided to propose to the annual general meeting, which is to be held on Thursday, June 12, 2025 at 10:00 at the company’s head office, that a dividend of 0.400 dinars per share be distributed.
