The Board of Directors of the Société de Fabrication des Boissons de Tunisie (SFBT), meeting on Friday, March 27, 2026, approved the financial statements for the 2025 fiscal year.
The figures, now submitted to the statutory auditors, reflect sustained growth momentum across both standalone and consolidated operations.
The group demonstrated notable financial strength, with consolidated net profit reaching 300.1 million dinars at the close of 2025, compared to 296.4 million dinars in the previous year.
More specifically, net income attributable to the Group rose to 289.5 million dinars, an increase from the 282.9 million dinars recorded at the end of 2024.
At the standalone level, the company posted a net profit of 267.2 million dinars, a significant rise from 252.1 million dinars in the prior year.
Remaining consistent with its distribution policy, the Board has decided to propose a dividend of 0.880 dinars per share for the 2025 fiscal year, up from 0.800 dinars last year.
The proposal will be submitted for approval at the Ordinary General Assembly, officially scheduled for Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
