Speaking on Express FM, Ben Ali highlighted that call center services have undergone significant evolution over the past decade to better meet customer expectations.
He stressed the importance of digitalization in improving services and addressing citizens’ needs, noting that artificial intelligence enhances these services.
In this context, he added that AI complements and simplifies employees’ tasks, underscoring the role of call centers in providing remote information and services to meet client demands.
Ben Ali also revealed that the call center sector employed 24,000 people in 2024, predominantly young individuals.
