The development bank of the central African States (BDEAC) and the Chadian general Company (SGT) will provide 18 billion CFAF of the 24 billion CFAF needed for the renovation of the N’Djamena international airport.

The BDEAC governor, Michaël Adande, the managing director of the Chadian civil aviation authority (ADAC), Brahim Guihini Dadi, and the marketing manager for SGT, on Monday here signed an agreement for the loan.

The renovation of the airport will involve the renovation and extension of the presidential pavilion and the renovation of the passengers’ air terminal.

According to BDEAC governor, “the renovation will improve the reception capacity of the airport, especially for senior officials.”
