The South Korea-based “Siyayilanda”, a specialist in urban architecture, has proposed to the Libyan Tourism ministry that the house belonging to the late Libyan leader, Mouammar Kadhafi, be transformed into a tourist centre, a spokesperson for the ministry, Adel Farina, disclosed here Friday.
Farina said the ministry was also open to other proposals on the building, popularly called ‘Bab al-Aziza’. to become one of leisure, sports and cultural centre.
Farina said “If adopted, the project will feature a lake and a 314-metre-high tower with a cafe and restaurants.
