President Kais Saied discussed with Prime Minister Ahmed Hachani on Friday at the Carthage Palace the results of Tunisia’s participation in the Korea-Africa Summit held recently in Seoul, as well as the bilateral meetings held on the sidelines of the Summit.
The President of the Republic reiterated his position that African countries should be active partners «because the African continent is full of wealth and resources and its peoples are looking forward to a new future that breaks with the past and its pains,» according to a statement from the Presidency.
The meeting also reviewed a number of draft laws and decrees to be discussed at the Cabinet meeting.
