Interior Minister Taoufik Charfeddine stressed on Saturday at the National Training School for Police and National Security Executives in Salambo, the need to improve the services of the citizen relations offices and foreigners’ offices by digitalising them.
The aim is, according to him, to guarantee the efficiency of these services which constitute one of the pillars of the security policy targeting the citizen.
Presiding Saturday over the closing ceremony of the study days on citizen relations offices and foreigners’ offices, the Interior Minister stressed the need to improve the quality of services so that citizens can conduct their business in the best conditions and within the appropriate timeframe.
He emphasised the need to work towards the implementation of the recommendations resulting from the meeting concerning, in particular, the decentralisation of obtaining certain administrative documents such as residence permits and passports, the adoption of mobile applications for making appointments and the simplification of procedures for foreign students.
